Filipino Artist Marc Biala Explores Reggaeton With “Te Enterré”

Reggaeton has taken over the world, and Marc Biala is living proof of that. Inspired by this urban genre, the Filipino artist has released his first Spanish single, “Te Enterré (Y No Volverá),” titled in English as “I Buried You (And You Won’t Come Back).”

While he’s not a famous Puerto Rican singer like Tito El Bambino or Bad Bunny, his new jam shares the same style of blending upbeat and fiery rhythms with dark lyrics that pour out heartache.

Breaking Language Barriers

Believe it or not, this Filipino artist picked up Spanish straight from the eclectic streets of Austin, Texas, where he now calls home. When he’s not crafting beats, Marc Biala works as a psychiatrist specializing in transgender healthcare, bringing the same dedication to his patients as he does to his music.

In fact, there were no fancy language schools in his venture to explore Reggaeton, just pure hustle and real-life immersion in Austin’s rich cultural landscape.

On top of that, it’s impressive how he’s dropping Spanish rhymes with the flow of a native speaker, affirming that determination can break down any language barrier.

Additionally, Marc Biala carries the DIY ethos, producing, composing, and performing everything himself. No big labels, no massive teams, just pure creative juice bursting from his home studio.

Te Enterré (Y No Volverá)

“Te Enterré”: Your New Healing Anthem

Certainly, with this song, burying bad memories has never sounded so good. The lyrics in “Te Enterré (Y No Volverá)” turn this composition into a Reggaeton anthem for closing chapters. To say nothing of, that moving on gives you the power to heal.

Furthermore, it’s a track that encourages you to grab the bull by the horns, value yourself, and put an end to anything that doesn’t bring positivity to your life. A bittersweet yet somewhat playful artistic expression where heartbreak transforms into dance, all to the pulse of Latin melodies.

And this is just the beginning of Marc Biala’s genre-bending odyssey. With a full album set to drop in summer 2025, he’s ready to showcase even more of his versatility, mixing Hip-Hop, RnB, and Synthpop into his trademark sound.
